The result of experiments with color, texture and materials with which Hublot loves to surprise is a new product for 2023 – the impeccable watch Spirit of Big Bang Essential Gray, Titanium, 42mm, Reference 642.NX.0110.NR.HEC23. Despite the monochrome nature of the model, it is, as usual, very expressive, primarily due to the barrel-shaped body made of lightweight titanium, polished and satin-finished. Instead of a traditional dial, the watch has a sapphire crystal with large hour markers set inside a skeletonized movement. The large silver-tone minute and hour hands with skeletonized bottoms and hour markers are coated with Super-LumiNova, making the time easy to read even in low light conditions. The openwork is added by a silver-tone elegant central seconds hand with a counterweight in the form of the manufacturer’s “H” emblem. Next to the central hours and minutes, the complex structure of the movement and chronograph indicators at 3, 6 and 9 o’clock are clearly visible, which is controlled by polished titanium pushers at the 2 and 4 o’clock positions. Helps manage the clock. The date display with the date wheel fully open is located between 4 and 5 o’clock. The polished titanium crown is engraved with the Hublot logo and has contoured grooves for better grip. The anti-reflective sapphire crystal provides protection and clarity to the dial. The back cover is also made of sapphire crystal, which makes it possible to see the details of the mechanism with your own eyes and adds a touch of originality. The real decoration of the watch was the titanium bezel with many angles, edges, alternating textures, secured with 6 immediately recognizable titanium “H” screws with the Hublots signature inscription. The flawless operation of the watch is ensured by the HUB4700 self-winding skeletonized chronograph movement, which contains 31 jewels and has an approximate power reserve of 50 hours. This model is presented on an elegant and comfortable rubber strap with black and silver lining and a folding clasp, as well as an additional gray fabric strap with Velcro closure and a black ceramic buckle. Water resistance is up to 100m/330ft (10 ATM).
